SHIPPING
I try to get the shipping costs as close as possible, if there is an over charge I will refund the difference. If it costs more I accept this charge.
Orders are processed within approx 3 working days and usually dispatch them on Tuesdays and Fridays. Let me know if you require faster processing times and I will do our best to meet your needs. The parcels are sent 1st class registered which are tracked.
Please check with neighbours/safe place, sorting office, sometimes the parcel will be marked as delivered & the post will try again the following day. Approx 95% of parcels have made their way to the correct person, sometimes taking the scenic route.
Any additional taxes or customs charges are customer's own responsibility

Once the items ship we cannot accept any responsibility for delays may it be due to customs or busy shipping periods.
COMBINED SHIPPING
I always combine shipping to reduce charges on multiple items if possible. Any overcharges will be refunded to your account once the order is dispatched.
CUSTOMS AND TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
PACKAGING
As much as possible I re-use and recycle packaging products for shipping, so expect random outer boxes, newspaper off-cuts etc. If you can, please, do the same to further extend the life of packaging materials.
I take utmost care to make sure our ceramics travel safe and we usually double-box products.
Returns
It is important that you are happy with your purchase and I check the pieces prior to packaging & shipping.
If you are for any reason dissatisfied please get in touch & we can discuss to find a happy solution. Please notify me within 7 days from the delivery date.
Please Note That:
- Shipping Charges Are Non-Refundable
- Return Shipping Costs Are The Customers Responsibility Unless There Is Damage To The Item Prior To Shipment
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Items purchased 'on sale' or made to order / customised cannot be returned or exchanged.
In an unlikely event the item arrives broken, please, retain original packaging and photograph both packaging and damaged piece. Contact me with the photographic proof of damage and we will either send a replacement or offer refund.
